background of final year project

Our life has become easier with the advent of mobile devices such as PDA or mobile phones. Information can be accessed at anytime using wireless internet connection such as GPRS or the Wi-Fi card at wireless hot spots locations all over the world.

This advantage in gaining easy access to information could be used to help share traders (in this case, share traders are customers) to gain an insight to the stock market and trade at the spur of the moment by just pressing a few buttons on their mobile devices.

Stock brokers (in this case, stock brokers are the provider) can manage their customers easily by keeping track of their share traders orders (buy or sell) online without the hassle or rush of meeting with customers, answering phone calls and jotting them down on pieces of paper.

expected outcomes

The aim of this project is to design a program, system and user interface in order for the user to access required information from a remote computer as well as changing them using a mobile device.
